About the event
HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH turns 25, and its creator is coming to Palm Springs Pride to celebrate!
Golden Globe nominee and Tony Award winner JOHN CAMERON MITCHELL brings the Hedwig 25th Anniversary Movie Tour to the desert for one night only. The evening opens with a stunning 4K screening of the cult rock musical he wrote, directed and starred in. It's followed by a live conversation and audience Q&A packed with behind-the-scenes stories, plus a special mini acoustic performance by Mitchell himself.
Arrive early for the pre-show costume contest. Come dressed as your best Hedwig, or in a look inspired by John's work, for a chance to win prizes. Post-show Meet & Greet add-ons are available.
Twenty-five years later, this story of love, loss and identity still rocks. Wig in a box optional.
Sat, Nov 7 at the Palm Springs Cultural Center, 2300 East Baristo Road. Show 7:00 PM…
