Festival Exhibitor Hours of Operation:

  • Saturday, November 4, 2023 – 11:00 am to 9:00 pm

    • (live entertainment goes to 10:00 pm)

  • Sunday, November 5, 2023 – 11:00 am to 4:30 pm

    • (live entertainment goes to 6:00 pm)

FESTIVAL VENDORS

The 2023 edition of the Palm Springs Pride Festival features a return to Palm Canyon Drive in the heart of Palm Springs!

Located on Palm Canyon from Amado to Belardo and on the streets between Palm Canyon and Museum Dr. The Pride Festival combines exhibitors, multiple entertainment venues, activities, sponsor pavilions, a food court, and community group booths.

Sip, Sashay and Celebrate in the event zone featuring entertainment and beverage lounges along Palm Canyon Drive in Downtown Palm Springs.

REGISTER AND PAY FOR EVERYTHING WITH ONE LOG-IN

Before clicking on the Registration Page, we encourage you to read about the registration process below.

If you participated in Palm Springs Pride last year, i.e., and have already registered in Veventa, you need to log in with your last year’s ID  or reset the password if forgotten. Please do not register a new organization. That would create a duplicate organization, and it creates a whole lot of issues.

If your organization's primary contact has changed and you cannot log in, send us an email with the new primary contact’s name and email address, and we will quickly update the information.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Clicking this ‘Register For Palm Springs Pride’ link will take you to our registration process.

  • First, you will need to Register by creating an account for yourself or your organization. This is a free process so that you can enter the Pride Store.

  • Select your Organization Type.

  • Complete all the contact information (remember your password).

  • Click Register. You will then receive an email to verify your email address. (Check your Spam Folder as it may fall in there.)

  • You must verify your email address to continue.

  • Once you click Confirm Email Address, you will be taken to your REGISTRATION DASHBOARD.

REGISTRATION DASHBOARD

You can gather the information and documentation needed to become a Festival or Parade participant. Review and accept documents, lock in your reservations, as well as manage payments. Here you will also receive all the instructions you need to participate!

Below is a list of the items you will need to complete to participate in Palm Springs Pride.

Download, read, complete, and upload all required documents.

  • Reserve your space by navigating to Parade or Festival Spaces and adding your selections to your order.

  • Finalize your order by generating an invoice and paying by credit card or check.

  • Parade Packets and lineup details are given out at the mandatory Zoom meeting on October 14, 2023.

  • Festival space and load-in details will be emailed starting October 16.

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Parade entry will continue until all spaces available are taken. The earlier you register, the lower your cost to enter.

  • REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

  • You have 48 hours to complete payments via credit card. If paying by check, the check must be received within 14 days of registration.

  •  You can log out of your registration process and return at a later time.

  •  Please keep in mind the payment deadlines mentioned above.
